The owner is posting on Craigslist to rent this house as a handyman special he's trying to have people do all the repairs themselves without permits and charge them for living there when it is unlivable conditions if he doesn't find a renter he said he will move in himself and do it himself but the house is unstable unsanitary and needs to be reconstructed. The house is not locked up so he tells people they could just go in there whenever they want to check it out which the roof in the back seems to be ready to collapse. Due to years of water damage there may be black mold also growing in the house
