Approaching W. Howard going south on Adair, it is impossible to tell if a pedestrian is approaching from the west because of all the foliage covering the sidewalk. That is, it is impossible without moving into the path of oncoming traffic. Is this the city's problem or should the property owner (Friends Meeting House) be required to clean things up?
