Tenants routinely park their trucks street side despite the numerous no parking signs along this steep hill.
Tenants have filled their driveway with appliances, wooden palettes and other junk resulting in limited parking space for their trucks. Their porch is also filled to the brim with this stuff.
The driveway is crumbling and potholed causing the tenants to literally spin their wheels while attempting to back out on a steep hill.
This is very loud and noisy and occurs often.

Ok thanks for clarifying the strike system.
Also there are at least four no parking signs along this hill & a red dodge 4x4 is still parked directly beneath one sign, as of this morning.
