My address is 4987 39th Ave.N..and In the Alley behind my gate there are 2 recycling Containers that have been there since the program started.I am sure they belong to the Residents ACROSS the Alleyway but they are refusing to keep them on their property. Also I know that Sanitation does not pick up the Recycling containers from the Alley.Could the Sanitation Department come out and determine who these containers belong to and also place them on the designated properties.
