Update from the Codes Compliance Department: no overgrowth at the reported address of 4057 38th Way S. Closed as invalid complaint.

The house in the picture is across the street. I used your ClickFix app to take the photo. If I stood in the actual lawn of the vacant house you would not be able to see what the photo was due to the growth. If address is that far off, please check the ClickFix app for problems. This issue should not be closed.

Update from the Codes Compliance Department: Thank you for your comment. When this specific SCF issue was first reported in August, we sent an investigator to the address provided, 4057 38th Way S. No overgrowth was found at that address, so this issue was closed back in August.

Earlier today you reported this address again (SCF# 1999361), however based on the photo provided, you once again reported a property where there is no violation. Instead, it would appear that you meant to report 4101 38th Way S. That is the house in the photo, and there is already a codes case for overgrowth being investigated for that address.

We rely on accurate information provided by the users of SCF, and incorrect property addresses can delay our ability to respond to reports like yours. Please be careful to include the address of the property where a reported issue exists - if necessary, you may have to turn off the geo-location feature on your phone and manually enter the address when prompted.
