The current owner, BAC Home Loans Servicing LP, should be held accountable for the appearance and cleanup of this property. Overgrown lawn, bushes, weeds; hanging garage doors, broken windows, etc. This has been a problem property for a number of years. City management, please have this property cleaned up - it is one of the neighborhood eyesores.

Hello? Is anyone from the city reading this? The lawn, bushes, weeds, etc. at this property are growing as I write this update. The garage doors are now almost torn from the structure, which has at least one vehicle parked inside. Are you waiting for a rat, snake or vermin infestation before taking action?

This past Saturday, June 16, a landscaping company began work on cleaning up the overgrown property. I could not believe that one of the workers had to use a chainsaw to to cut down the sumac trees growing in the grass. The company did a decent job; unfortunately they did not clean the entire property, only what can be seen from the street, but it's a start.
City personnel - please keep an eye on this property, I'm sure the maintenance was a one-time only job. Therefore, I am keeping this issue open.
