Renting a home at 625 11th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. Roof has been leaking for several weeks. Ceiling drywall caved in from water weight 2 weeks ago; landlord repaired it. Ceiling drywall caved in again last night; very loud crash onto floor; 3 feet by 4 feet hole in ceiling. Horrible moldy smell; do not feel comfortable having my young son sleep here.
