There are numerous issues with this property. The site of the old Marathon gas station that closed in December has not been maintained at all. This vacant property has become a veritable cesspool. Garbage is spilling over from the property and trickling into the rest of the neighborhood. People illegally dump their rubbish everywhere and sometimes the vacant lot is used as a local hangout for people to casually drink mid-day. In addition, the property has vegetation that is overgrown and unsightly. I provided a photo for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy!
