I live in the neighborhood and this has been going on for many years on this property. Dangerous and disgusting.

Junk still piled up with little to no progress on the clean up. the back yard is all weeds 3 feet high making it impossible for me to have a nice lawn since the seeds pass on to my yard and cause weeds to constantly grow. I hate to mention this other issue but Rats have been a big problem since spring. I have seen them and my neighbors have seen them forcing us to use rat poison and traps to try and get them under control. this needs to be addressed. I have asked them to clean up many times over the years but to no avail.

Have been in communication with property owner, Building Department, DPW and Veterans' Services in order to have bagster removed.
