We received an email, between 6270 and 6264 Cardinal "the storm drain gets water from our properties as well as the more recent development behind us (a retirement community that was built within the last 10 years). The opening to the storm drain that goes under Cardinal Lane seems to be so undersized that every time it rains for an extended period, the area around the storm drain becomes a huge lake with depths as much as 3 feet, often overflows the driveways of the two houses, floods out onto the street, and washes debris and landscaping into the street."
