7/24/16 The surface has not been addressed nor repaired

The city has failed to address this situation after my many requests.

I have sent photos to the DOT once again but have not received a response from them although they have repaired one block north(East 58th)

DOT has not addressed nor repaired this problem.

Almost a YEAR AND A HALF and still not even the courtesy of a single word from any city agency or authority. What a sad way to run a railroad!

The mayor,DOT commissioner do not acknowledge this problem...nor do local elected officials...very sad

I must say that while this kind of non-response is not unprecedented, it is on the other hand very unusual and most certainly not the norm. Somebody, just SOMEBODY at your City Hall needs to wake up and have something done about fixing those potholes!

The potholes are still there but hopefully will be repaired ...after 2 years !!!

Ms Mitchell has been advised and had several potholes filled...but tar disappears and macadam or cement is needed for permanent or liger-lasting results.

Occasional filling have been installed but entire surface needs repaving to soothe the entire ramp which remains pitted and lumpy.

regret repairs have been minimal and therefore ramp and pedestrian crossing hare still unsafe.

I feel I have failed as a concerned citizen

pedestrian crosswalk is still in need of repair....I continue to request same from NYC DOT

DOT suggests they will fix this area next year...sadly.It has been very disappointing these last 2 1/2 years not to receive any help from the city.

Please share my concern with NYC DOT...

Verbal promises have not been kept. DOT is a disappointment.Runners are subject to danger.
Crossing guards are cooperative but disrepair is still a problem.

Last email I replied...CLOSED.
DOT has repaved area.
