The apartments bathroom has had the elbow pipe removed for maintenance repair and has not been replaced. Date of removal was on 06/17/2015. Since the removal there has been sewage spilling episodes that have frequented. The spillage has invaded the bedroom and is making its way to the closet. The standing water is visible on the rug and if you step on it it will splash. The bathroom cabinet has evidence of the backed up sewage which is not smelling good. and a plastic back is being used to cross into the bathroom when needed. I issue of the leak was reported since 04/01/2015 and no action was ever taken till 06/16/2015. On the day of the removal said maintenance came to repair a non working garbage disposal in the kitchen and was made aware of the overdue leaking pipe in the bathroom. There are multiple pictures to @#$% and I have called 911 to inquire how to proceed. Please contact me @727-276-6066 to communicate with me how to proceed with this ongoing issue. I am not alone in the complaint Apt 119 has stated that they have had a kitchen sink leak which has progressed to invading their bedrooms. Apt 120 has explained that they had a toilet issue which was broken and needed replacing urgently and was also ignored for quite some time.
Please note all apts are at the address listed and there are a many apts also experiencing the same problems. I have uploaded some pictures.
