This problem is still open. I have reported it three times over the past six months. The UNREGISTERED car is still sitting parked on a city street.

This issue has not been fixed. In fact, I have reported it three times over the past six months. This unregistered car is still parked on a city street.

If this hasn't been handled you might want to call our problem solving officer Steve Correspond at 777-8500 and he will get it taken care of.

You need to contact the police department regarding abandoned vehicles. This is not a public works problem. All public works can do is send it to the police department. Call the police with the license number, a description of the vehicle and how long it has been parked in the same spot (over 3 days). You can call 777-3333 and the abandoned auto detail will get the complaint the next work day. If the vehicle is stolen they will send. Police Officer the same day to remove it.

This vehicle has been reported to OPD several times, beginning last April. It has no plates, but it is still being driven. I have tried to resolve the situation with the owner. I have now reported it to our neighborhood Problem Solving Officer, Steve Vierra.

This issue is CLOSED.
