I own a small apartment building in st. Pete. The building next door has been a problem. It's address is 1665 28th ave n. It's a rental duplex. A management company controls it. I think the owner is in china and has a mail box in canada. We have tried to let them know there management company is terrible. We recently reported the property to the city because an old septic tank or sitern opened up leaving a 7-10 foot deep concrete room in the ground. It's has what maybe old sewage and water in it. It is a germ, drowning and fall hazard. It has been untouched for months. One of their tenant fell in yesterday night. He has to be rescued and I think went to the hospital. The inspector was out a couple of weeks ago and the management company still hasn't fix the hole. Is there anything we can do?
