I emailed b-cleakadjustments@stpete.org. two weeks ago requesting a pool filling adjustment after after our pool drained, renovated and the filled. As of yet, I have yet to receive and email confirmation - auto confirmations received would be nice.
We also received our current water/utility bill for cycle 19-04 that shows we used over 15,000 gallons of water for the cycle, but there is no adjustments listed.
The Utility Department needs to do a better service to their customers when receiving emails.
I would like a response from this inquiry ASAP.

Thank you Rebucfan. I will call the Water Resources Department and the Mayors Action Line as I believe the City (Water Resources and Utilities Department) can do better than this.
