Occupied RV parked for the last month. The homeless encampment is a health and safety concern. This family neighborhood watches the encampment urinate and defecate on public streets. There is a ton of trash surrounding the RV and this issue has been reported multiple times to the city. License plate number 7EVA925. Please enforce the 72 hour time limit. The occupied RVs do not belong on public streets.
