This has been repeated reported for several years now. It would be useful if the someone from the city would respond in anyway to indicate that the city is aware of this issue. So far it has been completely ignored. I have higher hopes for my city's government, swamped and busy as it is. These property owners, or perhaps the city itself, are reneging on an agreement made in good faith by the people in this neighborhood. It denies us access to the sea, which is why many of us live here.
Update: the condos have DEEP permits (issued a month ago) and are working to get a start date. If anyone knows a board member, we may get a better update because it's wrapped up with a larger project.
