Description

On north side of Maiden Lane about 15 feet east, (near corner of Maiden Lane and William Street) there is an extremely loose metal plate. This plate is run over by car every 30 seconds and also a major cross street for trucks doing construction in FIDI, and as a result, the cars and trucks creating a booming sound every 30 seconds.
