Description

This was submitted over a month ago and Huntsville Inspections replied and said action would be taken but the debris that was dumped on the adjacent lot has still not been removed.
 
The builder or owner of the house under construction at 122 Railway Lane has dumped some construction materials on the adjacent lot at 121 Railway Lane. They DO NOT OWN this adjacent lot or any other lots on this street. There is no reason for them to do this as they have plenty of space at their building site at 122 Railway Lane. Please make them remove their materials from the vacant lot at 121 Railway Lane. Between the house being under construction at 122 Railway Lane and them leaving materials on the vacant lot at 121 Railway Lane it is giving the neighborhood a messy feeling. I would appreciate some help from the city to resolve this.
