Description
Many cars drive significantly over the speed limit daily on Harvard and Marsheutz Ave, primarily around Huntsville High School. I think a couple of strategic speed bumps would significantly cut down on the speeding, which would make the neighborhood safer and cut down on noise.

We walk these streets and along Bob Wallace is a race track. The speed limit is 35 on Bob Wallace and they go 80.
Good luck but they are going to tell you to call the police chief and he won’t answer.
All the police officers are in North Huntsville.
