Second on this problem! We have fought for years to get speed tables or bumps on Billie Watkins. Marsheutz and Harvard are just as bad. These roads also need road strips by the stop signs at marsheutz and Harvard as people barely slow down there, let alone stop.
Otherwise Hpd needs to came out there and start writing tickets.

They won’t do anything we have no police patrol in the medical district and i called and was told to call the police chief office and noone answers.
We walk these streets and along Bob Wallace is a race track. The speed limit is 35 on Bob Wallace and they go 80.
Good luck but they are going to tell you to call the police chief and he won’t answer.
All the police officers are in North Huntsville.
