Description

This light is located in the Wellington alley just south of the garage for 1312 Cambridge. It goes out about every 2 months and then it takes 2 months to get it fixed. Instead of fixing it, can you replace it with a modern LED but put shades on it so it doesn't blast in everybody's windows.
