Friday, 4/12//2024 - We have a ring recording of the sanitation truck driving past our trash receptacle that was out on the curb this morning at 7:55 am. Our neighborhood is scheduled for trash pick up on Tuesday and Fridays.
Please call me after 10am to explain why our trash wasn't picked up, and please send a truck 1st thing Monday to rectify the error.
It's only fair since I have evidence that an error by the City was made. Also, Everyone else on my block had their trash picked up, so I feel like we were singled out.
If you are not able to send a truck on Monday, then I want reimbursement for the error.
