Description

The intersection of 11th Ave N and 47th Street N routinely has standing water after raining. This attracts mosquitos. The water remains long after it should have drained off so it appears to be a grading issue or lack of nearby catch basin. The picture taken was 6 hours after the rain stopped.

A. Yes. It floods with every medium or heavy amount of rain.

A. It rained about 2 inches.
