Description
A fence is being installed at 4900 15th Ave North, without a permit. My property at 4907 14th Ave North had a chain link fence and a gate at the eastern rear of the property. This has been removed and is in the process of being replaced with a vinyl fence. I was not notified, and no permit is publicly displayed. I called the city to check permit status and no permits since 2021. Please investigate compliance.

Thank you for reporting this issue to us via SeeClickFix St. Pete. However, Property boundary issues (vegetation crossing property lines, fence placement at property lines, vehicles crossing property lines, etc.) between neighboring properties are considered civil matters that would need to be resolved by the respective property owners.

The city would only become involved if there existed a law enforcement violation. At that point, it would need to be reported directly to the SPPD by calling 727-893-7780 (non-emergency) or 911 (emergencies only.) You may wish to consider consulting an attorney should you feel the neighboring property owner has committed some violation of your property boundary or property rights. Thank you, St. Pete Service Center
