There is a private dumpster that is constantly dropped and placed in the public right of way blocking vehicles and pedestrians. This is a private dumpster for the apartments and businesses at this address. There is ample room on the east side of the property to place this out of the right of way. It is against code to have it here and has been so for years. It needs to be moved.
