We are in the process of trying to sell a home, but the neighbor's dog barks constantly whenever anyone is outside the house. The poor dog is left out in all kinds of weather and the owners just ignore it and it's barking. We are worried this will be a serious deterrent to selling the home.
We have called to complain, but it doesn't seem to change the situation. What are our options?
