Description

Drug usage witnessed on 3/27/24. One man having a psychotic episode caused me to step into Telegraph during rush hour traffic Another man had his pants down to his ankle exposing himself while shooting drugs. I have been in contact with Dan Kalb's office re this encampment (and others in Idora Park). They indicate the Homeless Division considers this particular location a tidy encampment compared to other places in Oakland and because of lack of shelter beds nothing can be done. They offered to organize a neighborhood clean up sponsored by Kalb.
