We have observed this location near to our Home regularly almost on weekly basis reports accidents with some severe ones. The Yield sign and visibility of the 3rd Lane seems to be the primary cause..We would appreciate if thorough root cause analysis and corrective action is done so that we can minimize the accidents and injuries. Appreciate the help.
