Continuation of Issue #16252415 - junk in alley. Sanitation 12 closed the referenced issue at 4p ET on Mon. Mar. 26. As shown in the timestamp of the photo, the issue is NOT resolved. Please empty the dumpster on my property! I did not put the couch in there!
