Code Inspector M. Gonzalez received a See Click Fix complaint #16274401 on 3/26/2024 for a trash screening complaint located at 4110 Oak Forest Dr. Inspector Gonzalez arrived at the property and observed (15) bags of leaves stored on the curbside next to the driveway that can be viewed from the street in violation of Section: 9.14(a)(1) of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Notice of Violation was posted at the front door.

A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 3/28/2024 at 4110 Oak Forest Dr. regarding a trash screening violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed all bags of leaves have been picked up from the curbside and is now out of public view. The trash screening violation was corrected, and this complaint will be closed in SCF.
