Property owners live in Pennsylvania and also own the STR reported in case 24-00003837. In her other case, on 3/22 she "requested" evidence to her non-compliance, so just wanted to add in her second property in the county she does this with! (-:
They purchased this property in May 2023 and the first review is from July 2023. 12 STR reviews in a nine month period exceeds the allotted 3 times a STR can be rented for less than 30 days in any consecutive 365 day period. She also has more dates marked off on the reservation calendar and is still accepting 3 night minimum stays.
