Code Inspector M. Gonzalez received a See Click Fix complaint #16269663 on 3/26/2024 for a trash screening complaint located at 4211 Lakeshore Forest Dr. Inspector Gonzalez arrived at the property and observed one bag of leaves that is stored on the curbside that can be viewed from the street in violation of Section:9.14 of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Notice of Violation was posted at the front door.

Issue 16267927 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue.

A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 3/28/2024 at 4211 Lakeshore Forest Dr. regarding a trash screening violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed bag of leaves have been picked up from the curbside and is now out of public view. The trash screening violation was corrected, and this complaint will be closed in SCF.
