At least 1 manhole drain backed up and causing some flooding between Arlington Street and Arlington Place The one in front of 615 Forest avenue is completely blocked and all of the water is about 7" deep on the odd side of Forest avenue and at the end of Arlington place where it intersects with Forest The second manhole closest to Arlington street is at least partially clogged, maybe completely They have both been like this since last winter There is currently approximately 7" of water on the right side of Forest avenue if you're headed west between Arlington place and Arlington street
