Property owners LLC has a mailing address in New York. They purchased the property in 2021, first AirBnB review is from July 2022. 27 total STR reviews since (4 this year and 18 from 2023) exceeds the allotted 3 times a STR can be rented for less than 30 days in any consecutive 365 day period.
