I am writing to report a very uneven alley due to tree roots. The alley is in general disrepair as well as the roots pushing the asphalt up. I have reported this in the past. I woke to a ring notification that shows a woman walking her dog and trip and fall to the ground on the bump in the alley. Please send someone to look at this as it is dangerous. We have a lot of elderly that walk the alley. Thanks in advance
