Code Inspector M. Gonzalez received a See Click Fix complaint #16184938 on 3/11/2024 for a junk/abandoned complaint located at 3711 Crystal Falls Dr. Inspector Gonzalez arrived at the property and observed a Toyota with no license plate and expire registration sticker stored on the driveway that can be viewed from the street in violation of Section: 30-163(a) of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Courtesy Notice of Violation was handed to the property owner.

A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 4/23/2024 at 3711 Crystal Falls Dr regarding a junk vehicle violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed vehicle is now registered. The junk vehicle violation was corrected, and this complaint will be closed.
