This is where the City stored the street trees to be planted on Church Street. It has now been used as a debris pile. Perhaps all of your crews need to obtain the Georgia Soil & Water blue card. All tractor drivers are required to have it so the understand what they are doing.

The City owns a chipper. Why not use it?

It is still muddy, the contractor on site should be required, as everyone else is, to install a CO. ie: Construction Exit. Why the City is not overseeing this is the question??? Who has the NPDES license, I know your engineer does.....
