BRIGS, as Managing Agent, on behalf of Sixteen Chauncy Condominiums located at 16 Chauncy Street, has been notified by its insurance company that the front sidewalk of the building must be repaired in order to avoid a trip and fall hazard, per the pictures sent with this request.
