541 26th St S is listed as a short term rental on AirBnB. Property Appraiser website shows parcel use as single family home in an industrial traditional zone, no special exemptions or classifications, are hotels allowed in this zone?

Property owner lives in Tampa. They purchased in May 2022, first STR review is from August. 34 (19 during 2023 and 3 so far this year) STR reviews since exceeds the allotted 3 times a STR can be rented for less than 30 days in any consecutive 365 day period. Property was homestead before they purchased it (-:
