Also shows house as homestead exempt for 2023 and "application pending" for 2024, even though the "entire home" is listed as STR and the owners name is also listed as owning a home in Kenneth City with a homestead exemption, can an individual have 2 homesteads?

They purchased in October 2023, first STR review is from Jan 2024. 4 reviews since exceeds the allotted 3 times a STR can be rented for less than 30 days in any consecutive 365 day period.
