6326 3rd Ave S is listed as a short term rental on AirBnB. Property Appraiser website shows parcel use as residential single family home, no special exemptions or classifications.

Presumably the owner lives in a different state since the LLC the house is under does not exist on the Florida Division of Corporations. Property has a mailing address in Las Vegas, AirBnB host profile owns a second house in Alabama, and LLCs with the same name come back for Wyoming, if it's the same, they likely picked WY specifically for anonymity, fun!

The LLC / Land trust purchased the property in June 2023, first STR review is from Sept 2023. 16 reviews since exceeds the allotted 3 times a STR can be rented for less than 30 days in any consecutive 365 day period. Property was homestead before they purchased it (-:
