Description
this home is constantly breaking Huntsville's leash law. their "yorkipoo" or whatever type of mixed dog it is is constantly RAL. the children chase it up and down the street every day because it has 0 recall or training. I am constantly having to slam on my brakes and swerve my car to avoid hitting this 10 pound menace. They do not care about using a leash or the problems they are causing the neighborhood. this has been going on for months.

charging a fence, please understand that it will not be considered an ordinance violation until the canine
has broken containment. At this time, we will need to obtain more information from you to process this
concern. Information should not be limited to the address where the dog is coming from, it should also
include your address, name, and telephone number. You can also reach us 256-883-3788. If this
information is not provided, we will only have the officer patrol the area for stray dogs matching the

As of (3/5/24), we have not received the necessary information from you. At this time, an officer will respond to the concern by conducting a “sit and listen”. This means that they will listen out for excessive barking near the provided address. The officer will be in the area for 15-30 minutes. If no barking is heard or the officer cannot determine where the barking is coming from, the complaint will be closed out. Once again, thank you for your concern.
