Description
I am in the middle of extending my fence to the corner of my house and discovered my neighbor has 2 water lines and one electrical line buried 6 inches below the surface on my property. I want them removed off my property. I have my survey showing that is my property. I am not able to do the fence and that is not safe having electricity that close to the surface.

Thank you for reporting this issue to us via SeeClickFix St. Pete. However, Property boundary issues (vegetation crossing property lines, fence placement at property lines, vehicles crossing property lines, etc.) between neighboring properties are considered civil matters that would need to be resolved by the respective property owners.

The city would only become involved if there existed a law enforcement violation. At that point, it would need to be reported directly to the SPPD by calling 727-893-7780 (non-emergency) or 911 (emergencies only.) You may wish to consider consulting an attorney should you feel the neighboring property owner has committed some violation of your property boundary or property rights.
