This apartment complex has motor vehicles that park all on top of the storm drains and what should be grassed areas of landscaping along 40th Ave as well as vehicles that park on the side curbs and grass along 64th street and has become a complete eye sore as well as safety issue making a two way street only one way for income and outgoing traffic due to the amount of cars parked on both streets
