2560 51st St N is listed as a short term rental on AirBnB. City zoning map shows traditional single family homes, no special overlay. 25 reviews from Feb 2023 - Feb 2024 exceeds the allotted 3 times a STR can be rented for less than 30 days in any consecutive 365 day period.

The AirBnB listing has been active since April 2021. On the county appraiser website property was homestead through 2022 somehow though.

Property owner lives in Pasadena, STRs are allowed in unincorporated South Pasadena, perhaps they could reinvest there.
