During an inspection conducted on 2/29/2024 I code enforcement officer S. Patterson, observed the Sego Palm trees are blocking the sidewalk pathway and a blue vehicle on the driveway on flat and expired tags. A notice was posted giving time to correct.

Issue 16252010 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue.

During a follow up inspection conducted on 3/22/2024 I code enforcement officer S. Patterson, observed the Sego Palm trees are still blocking the sidewalk pathway and the vegetation is high. the blue vehicle was removed from the property. A letter is being sent to the owner listed on FBCAD giving time to correct.
