Tan Toyota mini van. Has been parked here for close to a month. Van is abandoned from registered owners who passed away. Homeless have taken it over. They do not own this van need to have enforcement check ownership They constantly block sidewalk and the elderly residents cannot get by. All need wheelchair or walkers to support .
