Code Inspector Venters received a See Click Fix complaint #16056523 for a trash screening complaint located at 12615 Brandon Bend. Inspector Venters arrived at the property and observed, 1 trash receptacle in front of the garage, which can be viewed from the street. This is in violation of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Courtesy Notice of Violation giving the Owner time to correct was given to the homeowner and the issue was resolved at that moment.
