While we are in hopes this wasn't meant to be a finished product we want stormwater to see the results of what appeared to be a haphazardly placed storm drain cap of two at this location with the one on the left, below water and it hadn't even started to pour. We are in hopes the stormwater team has a permanent solution in mind beyond what we see at this location as of today.
