  On 1.19.24 Officer Ardoin received a See Click Fix complaint # 15905395 for provide property issues located at 3122 Peach Tree Ln. Officer Ardoin observed peeling paint on the fascia boards, an unsanitary pool. The rear fence is leaning and missing pickets. The exterior brick wall near the garage door is damaged. Rubbish is located on the side porch. The trash can is in public view and grass is starting to grow over the curb. The violation of Sections: 2015 Property Maintenance Code Sec.304.2,303.1,303.2,302.7,304.6, and sec.30-33(a)(1), sec. 30-33(a)(2) and sec 9.14(a)(1) of Missouri City Code of Ordinance.
